Why Counselling?

We all face challenges — whether it’s stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or just the feeling of being “stuck.” Counselling is not about judgment or quick fixes. It’s about creating space to talk openly, work through what’s weighing on you, and find healthier ways to cope and grow.

What We Can Work On
Counselling can help with a wide range of issues, including:
-
Anxiety, stress, and panic
-
Depression and low mood
-
Relationship struggles and communication difficulties
-
Confidence and self-esteem
-
Coping with loss, change, or life transitions
-
Unwanted habits and negative thought patterns
(And more — every person’s journey is unique, and sessions are always tailored to your needs.)

My Approach
As a qualified counsellor (MNCPS Acc.), I combine counselling with elements of coaching and hypnotherapy when appropriate. My approach is gentle but practical: helping you understand your challenges, build coping tools, and take steps forward at your own pace.
