How It Works
Every session starts the same way: a real conversation. No scripts, no jargon, just two people getting clear on what’s actually happening beneath the surface.
Then we shift gears. The noise fades, the focus sharpens. You’re not asleep, you’re not “under” — you’re tuned in.
It’s that rare state where the conscious mind steps aside and lets the deeper part of you speak for a while.
That’s where the work happens — where insight turns into change.
You’ll still hear everything, remember everything, and stay fully in control. The difference is, you’ll be working with the part of your mind that actually drives behaviour, not the bit that just argues about it.
Sessions last around 90 minutes, in person or online. They blend conversation, guided hypnosis, and practical mindset work to help you move past what’s been stuck.
Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more themselves — like something inside finally caught up.
