I am Thomas Dunsdon MNCPS (Acc.), a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, Counsellor, and Life Coach, providing in-person and remote services including hypnotherapy sessions, psychotherapy and counselling sessions, life coaching, online courses, and pre-recorded or bespoke audio recordings.

Any therapy or session notes are kept securely and are accessible only to me.

Audio recordings are stored securely and only shared with the individual client.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

Therapy and counselling client records: kept for a minimum of 7 years (required by professional and ethical standards).
General enquiries: deleted after 12 months if no service is taken up.
Marketing data: kept until you unsubscribe.
