Safeguarding Statement

Best Life Therapies is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and ethical environment for all clients. Safeguarding forms an integral part of professional practice and is approached with care, proportion, and respect for client autonomy.
Services are offered exclusively to adults aged 18 and over and are delivered within clearly defined professional boundaries. Clients are supported in a way that prioritises emotional and psychological safety, dignity, and informed choice.
All work is carried out within a framework of confidentiality. However, there may be limited circumstances where confidentiality cannot be maintained, such as where there is a serious and immediate risk to the client or to others, or where disclosure is required by law. Wherever possible, clients will be informed before any disclosure is made.
Safeguarding concerns are managed proportionately and in line with relevant professional ethical guidance, supervision, and UK legal requirements. The practitioner undertakes ongoing professional development and supervision to ensure safeguarding responsibilities are met appropriately.
A full safeguarding policy is maintained and reviewed regularly as part of professional practice.
