Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services and products provided by Best Life Therapies, operated by Thomas Dunsdon MNCPS (Acc.), Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, Counsellor, and Life Coach. By booking a session, purchasing a recording, or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Provided

Best Life Therapies offers:

Hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, counselling, and life coaching sessions
Pre-recorded and bespoke hypnotherapy audio recordings
Online courses and memberships

2. Therapy, Coaching & Hypnotherapy Sessions

Sessions may include hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, counselling, or life coaching.
Psychotherapy, counselling, and coaching sessions can be delivered face to face, via Zoom, or by telephone.
Hypnotherapy sessions are normally provided face to face. Hypnotherapy via Zoom may be offered only in special circumstances and at my discretion.
Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations / no-shows: The full session fee may be charged at my discretion.
Sessions are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or professional healthcare. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your GP or emergency services.

3. Digital Products (Audio Recordings)

Pre-recorded and bespoke hypnotherapy recordings are delivered digitally via download or email.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

4. Online Courses & Subscriptions

Access details will be provided upon purchase.
Course and subscription access is for individual use only.
Cancellations: You may cancel a subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of the paid period.
Refunds: Refunds are not available once access has been granted.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Wix or trusted third-party providers for online purchases (courses, subscriptions, audio recordings).
Therapy, coaching, counselling, and psychotherapy sessions may be paid in advance online, or at the time of the session by cash or bank transfer.
Session fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Best Life Therapies reserves the right to withhold services until payment is received.

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided for wellbeing, relaxation, and personal development.
No guarantee of outcome is offered for therapy, coaching, or recordings.
Clients remain responsible for their own health, wellbeing, and decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Life Therapies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or products.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
