Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services and products provided by Best Life Therapies, operated by Thomas Dunsdon MNCPS (Acc.), Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, Counsellor, and Life Coach. These terms apply to our services and products. BLT Learning course purchases are governed by the separate course terms described in section 4; those course terms take precedence for BLT Learning purchases.

1. Services Provided

Best Life Therapies offers:

Hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, counselling, and life coaching sessions
Pre-recorded and bespoke hypnotherapy audio recordings
Online courses and memberships

2. Therapy, Coaching & Hypnotherapy Sessions

Sessions may include hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, counselling, or life coaching.
Psychotherapy, counselling, and coaching sessions can be delivered face to face, via Zoom, or by telephone.
Hypnotherapy sessions are normally provided face to face. Hypnotherapy via Zoom may be offered only in special circumstances and at my discretion.
Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations / no-shows: The full session fee may be charged at my discretion.
Sessions are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or professional healthcare. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please contact your GP or emergency services.

3. Digital Products (Audio Recordings)

Pre-recorded and bespoke hypnotherapy recordings are delivered digitally via download or email.
Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.

4. BLT Learning Courses & Subscriptions

BLT Learning is our separate learning platform. Courses are purchased individually for a one-off payment and do not require a Best Life Toolkit subscription. Access is for your own personal use, through the learner account used at checkout.

BLT Learning has no fixed course access expiry while the platform operates. This is not a promise of lifetime access. The course page describes what is included; individual therapy or coaching is not included.

BLT Learning purchases have a 14-day full refund guarantee from purchase, even if you have started or completed the course. Email info@bestlifetherapies.co.uk with your request and enough information to identify the purchase. No special form is required. We refund the amount actually paid to the original payment method within 14 days of your request; your bank may take additional time to show it. Access provided by the refunded purchase ends after a full refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Read the full BLT Learning course terms before purchasing. The audio-recording refund wording above and subscription wording below do not apply to BLT Learning course purchases. These changes do not retrospectively replace terms agreed for earlier purchases.

Best Life Toolkit and other subscriptions remain separate. Subscription access is for individual use. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Subscription refunds remain subject to the terms agreed at purchase and your statutory rights. The BLT Learning guarantee does not change existing subscriptions.

5. Payments

BLT Learning course payments are processed securely by Stripe. Other online purchases use Wix or the payment provider identified at checkout.
Therapy, coaching, counselling, and psychotherapy sessions may be paid in advance online, or at the time of the session by cash or bank transfer.
Session fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Best Life Therapies reserves the right to withhold services until payment is received.

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided for wellbeing, relaxation, and personal development.
No guarantee of outcome is offered for therapy, coaching, or recordings.
Clients remain responsible for their own health, wellbeing, and decisions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Best Life Therapies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or products.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
